Practice Details- Level III NICU with 21 beds and an average daily census of 15 to 16
- Care for premature infants beginning at 22 weeks of gestation
- Advanced respiratory support, including first‑intention jet ventilation
- Perform therapeutic hypothermia and attend high‑risk deliveries
- Transport program is currently in development, offering future program growth
- Minimum of 12 shifts per month for full‑time status
- Unrestricted call model designed to support work‑life balance
- Mix of in‑house NICU care and delivery attendance
- Opportunity to participate in a high‑risk infant follow‑up clinic
- Generous guaranteed base salary with productivity incentives

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
