** Job Duties
*** Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.
* Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
* Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
* 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.
** Requirements
* ** Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Childcare experience required
