VISTA Economic Opportunity Program Coordinator - United Way
VISTA expands the capacity of sponsor organizations to fight poverty by strengthening and supporting nonprofits and public agencies. As a hybrid position based in Santa Maria, CA, the Program Coordinator will develop documentation processes, database management, and internal tools to advance economic opportunity initiatives across the region.
Member Duties- Develop, implement, and sustain tools and processes that enable economic opportunity programs at nonprofits and public agencies.
- Support organizations with documentation, resource‑development research, database management, and other capacity‑building measures.
- Maintain proficiency in administrative tasks, email communication, and generative AI usage.
- Training and education award upon successful completion of service.
- Living allowance.

- Relocation allowance.
- Choice of education award or end‑of‑service stipend.
- Health coverage.
