This opportunity is ideal for a CRNA seeking a Monday–Friday schedule, no call requirement, and a steady volume of cases across multiple specialties. Based in Pismo Beach, this practice offers lifestyle flexibility, strong compensation, and the option to choose between employment or independent contractor status.

• Outpatient-Only Anesthesia Practice: Perform a mix of conscious sedation and general anesthesia across two busy surgical suites with a consistent case volume
• Collaborative Multispecialty Team: You’ll work alongside general surgeons, GI physicians, orthopedists, ENT physicians, urologists, and GYN specialists
• No Call or Weekend Requirements: Monday–Friday schedule with optional call coverage for additional income
• Flexible Employment Models: You have the freedom to choose between a full-time, salaried model or a 1099 contractor rate
• Generous Compensation: Earn $300,000 - $325,000 under a salaried model or $200-$220/hour as an independent contractor with the opportunity to take call for additional compensation

• Board-certified CRNA with active California licensure or the ability to obtain
• Comfortable working independently in a busy outpatient setting
• Proficient in performing blocks; comfortable performing GI cases
