Licensed Vocational Nurse; LVN - Hospice--Santa Maria-Lompoc

Central Coast Home Health is a fast‑growing and locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are constantly growing and now seeking a full‑time Hospice LVN to join our team for the South County Territory (5 Cities/Santa Maria/Lompoc area).

The regular work schedule is Monday‑Friday (generally 8 to 5 PM) with a weekend rotation.

• Current California LVN license
• Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing (LVN & or RN) work experience
• Reliable vehicle to drive for work
• Current Driver's License and maintenance of a clean driving record
• Have and maintain auto insurance coverage
• Current approved healthcare provider CPR Certification
• Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus

Each LVN has an hourly rate of pay for additional work hours, which ranges from $34.00 to $36.00 per hour. Actual pay rates vary depending on factors including type of experience, location, and years of experience.
