Nurse Core is hiring Licensed Practical Vocational Nurses (LVN

• Perform patient assessments and deliver direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Assist with medications and treatment orders per patient’s individualized plan of care
• Complete accurate documentation as part of maintaining patient records
• Communicating status updates with ordering providers and Care Teams
• Educate patients and Families on management of disease processes

• Active Unencumbered California LVN License
• Minimum of 1 Year recent experience as a licensed nurse (Prior Home Health Experience is Preferred)
• Strong Clinical and Communication Skills
• Current valid CPR Certification including hands‑on skills component (i.e. American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Negative TB test completed within the last 12 months
• Recent Physical Exam (within the last 12 months)

The anticipated pay range for this position is $34.00-$38.00 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, certifications, skills, geographic location, and internal equity.

This position may also be eligible for overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, or other incentive compensation, where applicable.
