As an Applebee's Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring the best drink possible for our guests and servers. You should be friendly to both staff and customers, follow established standards to create a great bar experience, and work hard while having a great time.

Requirements:

• At least 21 years old (per state law)
• Effective communication skills
• Commitment to making an impact

Compensation and Benefits:

Physical Standards:

• Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours
• Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds (about 30 times per shift)
• Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff
• Ability to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and use disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift
• Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift
