Responsibilities- Outside sales and business development, with focus on freight forwarding
- Proactively identifying problems and implementing effective solutions
- Partner with operations and account management teams for optimal customer satisfaction
- Lead coordination, development, and management of all proposal activities
- Close, activate, and retain relationships with clients
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5‑7 years in logistics, focusing on domestic LTL
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Local to the LAX market
- High energy with a passion for prospecting and building relationships
- Competitive nature
- Self‑starter with strong organization and presentation skills
