Quest Guards is seeking professional, reliable, and motivated unarmed security guards to join our growing team. We are currently hiring for two positions.

Full-Time Position – Santa Maria (School Campuses)

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Thursday | Early departure at 3:30 PM
• Weekends off

Job Type: Full-time | On-site Location: Santa Maria, CA

Part-Time Position – Santa Barbara

Schedule:

• Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Plus occasional last-minute weekday openings / fill-ins

Job Type: Part-time | On-site Location: Santa Barbara, CA

Pay

• $19.00 – $21.00 per hour (DOE)

Requirements

• Current California Guard Card (required)
• Reliable vehicle & clean driving record
• Professional, reliable, and well-groomed
• 2+ years security experience preferred but not required
• School security experience a plus
