Unarmed Security Guard – Santa Maria and Santa Barbara | Full-Time and Part-Time

Quest National Security is seeking professional, reliable, and motivated Unarmed Security Guards to join our growing team in Santa Maria, CA and Santa Barbara, CA. This role includes full‑time and part‑time positions on site.

• Full‑Time Position - Santa Maria (School Campuses)
  Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  Thursday | Early departure at 3:30 PM
  Weekends off
• Part‑Time Position - Santa Barbara
  Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  Occasional weekday fill‑ins

$19.00 – $21.00 per hour (DOE)

• Monitor premises and assess for potential security hazards.
• Conduct regular patrols and maintain proper traffic flow.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and incidents.
• Maintain accurate incident and shift reports.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other team members.

• Current California Guard Card (required).
• Reliable vehicle and clean driving record.
• Professional, reliable, and well‑groomed appearance.
• 2+ years security experience preferred but not required.
• School security experience a plus.
• Must pass background checks / Live Scan.
• Random drug tests conducted regularly.
