City Net seeks Community Supports Navigators to assist individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. You will engage with clients, assess needs, connect them to housing programs, and coordinate across providers to support stable housing.
The role involves travel within the region, adherence to Housing First and Harm Reduction models, and a 6-month temporary assignment with daytime hours, 5 days a week.
