Clover Restaurants is hiring a part-time Payroll Administrator to run payroll for our three Santa Monica restaurants. You will report to the Owner/Operations Manager.
Responsibilities- Process biweekly payroll for all three locations in Toast Payroll/Gusto
- Review timecards and fix missed punches with location managers.
- Calculate overtime, meal and rest break premiums, and split shift pay under California law.
- Coordinate tax filings and W-2s with our payroll provider or accountant.
- Prepare labor cost reports by location.
- Answer employee questions about pay.
- Handling sensitive financial and personal information safely.
- 2+ years of payroll experience, ideally in restaurants or hospitality.
- Working knowledge of California wage-and-hour law.
- Experience with ADP, Gusto, Toast Payroll or similar.
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
