Sr. Data Analyst

O Positiv is a Los Angeles-based women’s wellness company built on the idea that small acts of self-care produce positive outcomes. Our first product was FLO Vitamins, the world’s first PMS gummy vitamin, designed to make periods and the symptoms that come with them more tolerable. Our team is growing very quickly to support O Positiv’s rapid growth (check us out in Forbes’ top trends in women’s health) and we are seeking exceptional individuals who are keen to join us on this exciting journey.

The Data & Analytics team plays a critical role in the success of O Positiv. The team identifies actionable and impactful insights through high quality analysis, builds new analytical capabilities and processes, supports effective executive decision making, and maintains accurate dashboards and databases. The team works on our most important analytical questions and operates highly collaboratively with our Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance, Retail, and Strategy teams.

The Senior Data Analyst will lead essential analysis across multiple functions and solve a broad range of critical and complex problems. The role reports directly to O Positiv’s Data & Analytics Director. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, analytical, creative, detail oriented, organized, an effective communicator, and highly collaborative.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Build, maintain, and upgrade dashboards that drive daily decision making and optimization
• Analyze Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance, Retail, and Strategy data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Design and implement data models that support the organization's business requirements
• Develop and implement robust data quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of accuracy, completeness, and consistency across datasets
• Contribute to the formulation and execution of data strategies aligned with organizational goals

Qualifications and Skills

Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years in data / analytics / product management roles
• Proficiency in SQL
• DTC marketing experience preferred (Churn Analysis, LTV, ROAS, etc.)
• Some experience with Statistics, Python, or R
• Experience in our tech stack or similar tools (DBT, Snowflake, Sigma Computing)
• Logical, structured, and analytical approach to problem solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Interpersonal

• Ability to work effectively with different groups of individuals – a team player
• Ability to manage multiple moving pieces – hard working, organized, and results oriented individual
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Startup / e-commerce experience or passion is a bonus

Hours and Compensation

The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be ,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local market rates.

• Position will be based out of Santa Monica, Los Angeles - in person (Mon-Thurs in office/Friday remote)
