- Associate or bachelor's Degree, Trade school, Licensure, or Commensurate Subject-matter Experience.
- 5+ years of work in Construction Project Management or related fields. Real Estate and Design experience is a plus.
- Proven track record in facilities and/or property management is a plus.
- Must be able to read construction plans and have well rounded knowledge of construction process including project budgeting and financial reporting.
- Must have experience supervising vendors and contractors.
- Ability to maintain departmental recordkeeping systems.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Working knowledge of AutoCAD/Bluebeam and MS Project is a plus. - Must be fluent in English, Spanish and additional languages a plus.
- Travel 40-50%
- Permanent
