You’ll run the build on each site, from permits to energization. You’ll keep contractors, equipment deliveries and inspections on schedule and on budget.
What you’ll do- Run the schedule, budget and contractors for each site build
- Manage permits, inspections and long-lead equipment
- Coordinate with engineering, the utility and the property owner
- Hand finished sites to operations
- Experience managing commercial, industrial, critical facility or energy construction
- Electrical-heavy builds and permitting in California
- Comfortable on a job site and in a schedule
