We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with deep experience in mobile and live service games. In this role, you will lead end-to-end visual design for both creator and audience experiences and gamified systems such as leaderboards, stores, rewards, and progression loops. You’ll design intuitive and engaging experiences that make our real-time interactive platform rewarding for both users and creators.

• Lead the design of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for a gamified live streaming experience.
• Design and refine gamified systems such as leaderboards, in-app stores, progression, achievements, and reward structures.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and game designers to translate ideas into intuitive, engaging interfaces.
• Champion user-centered design principles across the product, ensuring clarity, usability, and delight at every touchpoint.
• Leverage design thinking philosophies to conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into rapid design iterations.
• Anticipate how design decisions will scale in live service environments with frequent content updates and evolving features.
• Advocate for cohesive visual design standards and UI/UX best practices across the platform.

• 6+ years of product design experience, with at least 3 years in mobile or live service games.
• Proven track record designing for meta-game features (leaderboards, rewards, stores, progression).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design execution from concept through production.
• Deep passion for gaming, live streaming, and real-time interactive online experiences.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams with product, design, and engineering.
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to give and receive feedback openly and constructively.
• Product design and design thinking experience (beyond games) is a strong plus.

Compensation: $130k – $190k base salary + options
