Evolution is a boutique production and post‑production agency in Santa Monica that works with movie studios, gaming companies, and brands. We cut commercials, promos, and marketing content (including virtual press junkets and EPKs) across entertainment and media.

We are looking for an experienced Premiere Editor with strong motion graphics skills who is comfortable working fluidly between Adobe Premiere and After Effects. This is not an entry‑level role. It is a stable, long‑term position for someone who prefers consistency and clean workflows over the churn of freelancing.

• Edit commercials, promos, sizzles, and interview‑based content in Premiere
• Own edits from start through final delivery
• Create and adapt motion graphics in After Effects, including lower thirds and titles.
• Collaborate with producers, leadership, and clients in a professional environment

• 5+ years of professional industry experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong working knowledge of After Effects for practical motion graphics, and a desire to grow.
• Comfortable adapting templates and handling multiple deliverables
• Element 3D and Red Giant experience a plus
• Reliable, organized, collaborative, and client‑facing
• Great attitude and strong work ethic

• Hybrid schedule: four days in‑office, one work‑from‑home day
• Must live within a reasonable driving distance to Santa Monica
• Los Angeles candidates only
• $80,000 annual salary
• 15 paid days off (sick + vacation combined)
