Responsibilities
  • Teach World/Regional History courses, including preparation of syllabi, selection of texts, and holding weekly office hours
  • Follow department policies and procedures
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in History
  • OR A Bachelor's Degree in History AND a Master’s Degree in one of the following:
    Political Science, Humanities, Geography, Area Studies, Women s Studies, Social Science, Ethnic Studies, or the equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience teaching community college level courses

    Starting salary for Part Time Faculty is based on educational achievement and relevant prior employment experience up to but not beyond Step
