• Teach Nutrition courses
• Maintain office hours
• Participate in department and college flex day activities

Master's Degree in Nutrition; or Master's Degree in Dietetics; or Master's Degree in Dietetics and Food Administration; OR a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Dietetics and Food Administration and a Master's Degree in Chemistry, Public Health, Family and Consumer Studies/Home Economics, or the equivalent.

• Experience teaching an "Introduction to Nutrition Science" course
• Experience teaching community college level courses
• Experience with collaborative teaching/learning techniques
