Salary Range: $75000.00 - $127000.00 Salary Description

• Develop, plan and implement engaging lessons, assignments, and instructional materials.
• Establishes clear learning objectives based on student needs, curriculum frameworks, and an understanding of human growth and development.
• Designs, administers, and evaluates assessments to monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.
• Maintains a structured and supportive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and achievement while ensuring safety.
• Engages in regular communication with parents and students to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement, arranging conferences as needed.
• Oversees the appropriate use and maintenance of instructional materials, textbooks, equipment, and classroom facilities.
• Work collaboratively with the Science teaching team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.

• Education:
  
  BS or BA in a Scientific Field required, MA preferred
• Years of
  
  Experience:
  
  3+ MS years preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive and professional relationships with students, parents, staff, and faculty.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom to enhance student learning.
• Outdoors experience, especially outdoor education, strongly preferred
