We are looking for a Product Manager to lead our efforts in building and evolving reward systems, progression mechanics, and monetization strategies that enhance the experience for creators, gifters, and viewers. You will play a key role in shaping the incentives, live operations, game mechanics, and content delivery systems that drive engagement and retention across the favorited platform.

This role requires someone who understands the intersection of gaming and social platforms, thrives in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments, is passionate about empowering creators, and is motivated to deliver a world-class user experience through gamification.

• Drive product strategy and execution for rewards, progression, and monetization systems.
• Design and optimize reward loops and progression systems to keep users engaged and creators rewarded.
• Partner with design and engineering teams to deliver innovative systems and features.
• Lead live operations and content delivery strategies to ensure fresh, engaging experiences for users.
• Collect, analyze, and act on user and creator feedback to continuously refine the product.
• Balance user delight with effective monetization to create sustainable, player-friendly systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless implementation of rewards and progression across the platform.
• Stay current on industry trends in mobile, MMO, and live-streaming experiences, bringing creative new ideas to the table.

• 5+ years of product and/or design experience with rewards, progression, or monetization systems in gaming (mobile or MMO experience preferred).
• Proven experience with live operations and content delivery.
• Strong understanding of player/creator journeys and how to optimize their experience.
• Ability to synthesize feedback from users and creators into actionable improvements.
• Demonstrated success in working with engineering and design teams to deliver complex systems.
• A creative thinker with a track record of bringing innovative features to market.
• Passion for gaming, live-streaming, and empowering creators.
• A keen eye for UI/UX design for mobile games.
• Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where product decisions directly impact user experience.

Compensation: $120k - $220k base salary + options.
