Tax Experienced Associate

Responsibilities- Provide federal tax compliance and advisory services to S-corporations, partnerships, individuals and corporations ranging from middle market to multinational companies
- Participate in tax research projects, draft IRS responses, and address other tax authority inquiries
- Collaborate with leaders on special projects in corporate and flow-through taxation such as accounting methods and ASC 740
- Develop client recommendations and communicate them to leadership for strategy discussions
- Coordinate with specialty tax practices on complex matters in state and local, high net worth, international, R&D credits and incentives areas
- Learn and grow through on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and firm-wide learning programs
- Build strong internal and external relationships, fostering career development and networking opportunities
- Participate in social activities and team outings that promote work-life balance
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, law, or a related business field with coursework to qualify for CPA or bar exam
- Preferred: CPA or JD license
- 1+ year experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting in public accounting
- Strong time-management, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership, project management, organizational, analytical skills, initiative, and adaptability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation Range: $57,460 - $108,930 (actual pay varies with experience, qualifications, and location).
