Relationship Banker – Bank of America

We help clients improve their financial lives through responsible growth and everyday dedication to the bank’s risk culture. This role requires an in‑office presence with the flexibility appropriate to the position.

• Build and nurture client relationships to meet financial needs.
• Process cash and self‑service transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow the bank’s risk policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
• Partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow business knowledge.
• Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls.
• Drive the client experience and deliver operational excellence.

• Experience in financial services and product knowledge.
• 1+ year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment.
• 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant associate degree in business, finance, or related field.

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
