Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Quantitative Researcher. The Quantitative Researcher will be responsible for developing and implementing quantitative models to analyze financial data and market trends. Day-to-day tasks include conducting in-depth research, applying statistical methods, interpreting complex data sets, and collaborating with team members to optimize investment strategies. This role involves solving real-world problems through quantitative insights and contributing to the firm's investment decision-making process.
Qualifications- Strong background in Statistics and Mathematics
- Proficiency in Quantitative Research and Quantitative Investing techniques
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for interpreting complex data and identifying trends
- Experience working with large datasets, programming skills (e.g., Python, R, or MATLAB), and familiarity with financial modeling
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and communicate findings effectively
- Knowledge of financial markets and previous experience in systematic investing or hedge fund research is a plus
