• Lead daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Schedule staff and maintain appropriate branch coverage
• Coach, train, and support branch team members
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures
• Maintain branch security and operational controls
• Handle escalated customer service issues and account concerns
• Review branch reports, exceptions, and operational documentation

• Deliver exceptional client experiences and resolve complex issues
• Open new accounts and review account documentation for accuracy
• Promote banking products and services based on customer needs
• Support customer retention and relationship growth initiatives

• Help drive branch deposit growth and profitability goals
• Develop new business relationships and referral opportunities
• Partner with Branch Manager on business development efforts
• Expand relationships with existing clients

• 5+ years of banking experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• 2+ years of banking operations experience
• Strong knowledge of retail banking procedures and compliance
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and banking platforms
• Notary Public preferred

• 8+ years of banking experience
• 4+ years of supervisory experience
• 4+ years of banking operations experience
• Strong leadership and branch management skills
• Experience coaching teams and driving operational excellence
• Notary Public preferred
