In this role, you will provide a range of services to multidisciplinary teams with emphasis on outpatient practices of the UCLA Health-Behavioral Health Associates serving adult, geriatric populations, child and adolescents. Duties may include psychosocial assessment; care coordination, consultation to the team, individual, family or group psychotherapeutic treatment; liaison with community agencies; treatment plan documentation; and disposition planning and advocacy. Requires excellent skills in interpersonal communication and documentation, as well as clinical knowledge of individual, family, social and cultural issues in mental illness.
Position and work arrangement
This position is flexible hybrid with up to 40% remote.
Responsibilities- Provide psychosocial assessment and contribute to treatment planning for outpatient behavioral health services.
- Deliver care coordination, consultation to multidisciplinary teams, and individual, family or group psychotherapeutic treatment.
- Liaise with community agencies and advocate for patients to support disposition planning and resource linkage.
- Document treatment plans and maintain thorough clinical records with attention to individual, family, social and cultural factors in mental illness.
- Experience working with adult, geriatric populations, children and adolescents in outpatient behavioral health settings.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and documentation skills; strong clinical knowledge of mental illness across diverse populations.
- Baccalaureate or higher in a relevant field; licensure/certification as an LCSW or LMFT as applicable to the role (as per program requirements).
- LCSW Salary Range: $108,451 - $129,623 Annual; LMFT Salary Range: $64,800 - $137,600 Annual.
