Job Summary:

As an Overnight House Attendant, you will maintain resort elegance and comfort, focusing on deep‑cleaning tasks, responding to guest requests, and preparing the resort for the upcoming day with detail and efficiency.

A little bit about your day:

• Promote Regent’s service philosophy and style.
• Maintain impeccable personal grooming and uphold resort standards.
• Retrieve housekeeping assignments and tools essential for your shift.
• Attend overnight shift briefings.
• Complete the overnight checklist and report challenges to the overnight manager.

• Organize cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Label chemical bottles according to MSDS guidelines.
• Wear all PPE and adhere to health and safety protocols during glass care tasks.
• Thoroughly clean public areas, service elevator landings, linen closets, and pro‑host stations.
• Stock housekeeping carts with linens, terry, and amenities per the hostar system.
• Collect soiled linen and trash from rooms when alerted.
• Restock and refill housekeeping chemicals and bulk amenities.
• Return assigned room attendant’s carts to the closet.
• Execute cleaning of guest rooms and service areas, adhering to luxury standards.
• Promptly address guest requests and housekeeping needs during overnight hours.
• Communicate with front desk and other departments to deliver requests within 10 minutes; complete calls in the KYC system.
• Maintain cleaning equipment, following operating instructions.
• Comply with health barro, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Report unusual activities to upholding a safe, secure environment.

What We need from you:

• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel.
• Essential verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational abilities—initiative, problem‑solving, multitasking, prioritizing.
• Passionate about hospitality and providing an outstanding guest experience.
• Ability to carry or lift items up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to stand, stoop, and bend repetitively.
• Flexible schedule—able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What you can expect from us:

The hourly pay range for this role is $26.84 to $33.55. This range applies to jobs performed at Regent Santa Monica Beach.
