Manager, Enablement

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR/Talent experience, with a focus on Performance Management, Talent Development, or related areas.
• Proven track record/experience in improving enterprise-wide performance processes (goal setting, feedback, rewards connection).
• Experience building manager and employee capability through training, enablement, and tools.
• Strong background in using data and insights to measure program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Demonstrated success in partnering with HR/Talent (TD, Total Rewards, TBPs) and business leaders to drive adoption of people practices.
• Exposure to culture and team effectiveness frameworks (e.g., team performance, feedback culture) is strongly preferred.
• Ability to design and refine performance processes.
• Strong analytical skills to track metrics, interpret trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Confident working with managers, TBPs, and senior leaders to enable adoption and build capability.
• Skilled at enabling managers/employees to apply feedback and coaching practices.
• Ability to gather feedback, benchmark externally, and adapt processes for ongoing relevance.
• Passion for embedding organizational values and culture into performance and feedback practices.
