Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee US strategic MM planning and execution for CIAO (Commercial Insights, Analytics & Operations), closely liaising with US commercial stakeholders.
  • Lead day‑to‑day alliance management for the US launch, serving as the primary contact for external partners on insights and analytics.
  • Act as MM GACO Pod Lead, coordinating cross‑functional GACO launch activities, including strategy and operations.
  • Oversee the internal and partnership alliance LE forecast process, partnering with Global Insights & Analytics for the long‑range plan (LRP) as needed.
  • Collaborate with US Integrated Insights, Advanced Analytics, Market Access, Sales, Learning & Development, Customer Engagement Technology and Data Strategy teams to ensure alignment and integration of MM insights and analytics.
  • Provide leadership in cross‑functional forums and represent MM interests in portfolio‑level discussions.
  • Design and build accurate, actionable, evidence‑based forecasting models. Produce analogues, formulate assumptions, and define opportunities and risks associated with the forecast.
  • Develop and maintain a dashboard for tracking performance of each product, identify variations vs. target, and synthesize market dynamics to inform marketing and sales decisions.
  • Define analytical priorities in collaboration with the commercial organization, and ensure successful execution of secondary analytics projects with primary market research and competitive intelligence.
  • Partner closely with FP&A, supply chain and other corporate functions to design and execute an effective S&OP process and quarterly revenue reconciliation.
  • Drive analytics for planned and ad‑hoc strategic projects including scenario analysis to help drive key decisions for the business.
Basic Qualifications
  • 12+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience with Master’s Degree.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience with a Ph.D.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Six or more years of work experience in forecasting, marketing sciences, market research, strategic consulting or other analytical work in the biotech/pharmaceutical industries.
  • Experience in oncology/hematology highly preferred.
  • Track record of delivering actionable insights through successful execution of forecasting and marketing analytics projects, as well as strategic problem‑solving skills.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑moving entrepreneurial environment, with changing priorities and significant time pressures.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) required; demonstrated ability to collaborate and work cross‑functionally.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong team, including external partners, relationships while driving for positive results.
  • Possess a willingness and ability to work hands‑on and with a sense of urgency.
  • Extensive proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and forecasting software (e.g., Crystal Ball, Forecast Pro, customized platforms).
  • Expertise in US forecasting and KPIs for launch execution.
  • Experience operating in an alliance or alliance management.
