Network Specialist job at Sharp Brains. Santa Monica, CA.
THIS IS DISPATCH || FREELANCE SUPPORT
Resource skillset:
Basic Meraki wireless and firewall experience. We can do most of the configuration remotely.
They would be mostly hands and feet for the following:
- Stage equipment (connect to Internet accessible network and validate connected to Meraki cloud)
- Label and document equipment
- Mounting of wireless devices (physically mounting back bracket and mounting AP):
- In room AP's (MR36H or 9172H)
- Public space AP's (various models)
- Connecting and patch AP's (connecting AP and patching at switch)
- Document and pictures of AP placements
- Basic wireless connectivity testing/troubleshooting (on Meraki Dashboard)
