About

The Role

We're hiring our Growth Lead to build our go-to-market motion from the ground up. You'll own the entire funnel — from generating leads to closing deals to keeping customers engaged. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role: as our first growth hire, you'll shape not just our sales and marketing strategy, but also how we talk about our product. You'll join a high-trust, high-velocity team where decisions are fast, responsibilities are broad, and your work will have an immediate effect on revenue and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run outbound prospecting campaigns to book meetings with CISOs, security engineers, and technical buyers at target companies.
  • Manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and drive them through the sales cycle.
  • Conduct product demos and technical discovery calls with security teams.
  • Build and experiment with marketing campaigns (content, email, ads, events) to drive pipeline.
  • Work directly with early customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure success.
  • Develop messaging, positioning, and sales collateral that resonates with technical buyers.
  • Collaborate with founders to refine GTM strategy, and identify new growth channels.
  • Track metrics, run experiments, and iterate quickly based on what's working.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a growth, sales, or marketing role at a startup or fast-moving company.
  • Proven track record of hitting targets, driving pipeline, or contributing to measurable growth.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills — you can explain technical products simply and compellingly.
  • Comfortable with the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, demos, negotiations, and closing.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to build processes from scratch and wear multiple hats.
  • Experience using CRMs, marketing automation tools, and data to drive decisions.
Nice To Have
  • Experience selling or marketing in cybersecurity, Dev Ops, or infrastructure software.
  • Background selling technical products to developers or security teams.
  • Content creation skills (blog posts, case studies, social media).
  • Prior early-stage startup experience in a growth or GTM role.
