As a Full Stack Software Engineer you’ll own features from concept to shipped product, build user‑facing experiences and backend systems that power AI‑driven research workflows, and collaborate closely with design, product, and AI teams on zero‑to‑one product development. Engineers here own features across the stack, influence product direction, and work on zero‑to‑one systems in a fast‑moving, talent‑dense environment.

• Own full‑stack features from concept to shipped product
• Build user‑facing experiences and backend systems that power AI‑driven research workflows
• Work across analysis tools, segmentation models, retrieval pipelines, and distributed systems
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and AI teams on zero‑to‑one product development
• Develop scalable APIs, data models, and core platform components
• Create intuitive interfaces for customers to analyze conversations and surface insights
• Contribute to real‑time interview and chat experiences using modern Type Script‑based stacks
• Communicate clearly in a low‑meeting environment and drive independent decision‑making
• Maintain clean, high‑quality, well‑documented code that supports long‑term velocity

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, physics, math, or a similar technical field
• Three or more years of professional software‑engineering experience
• Strong full‑stack fundamentals with either a front‑end or back‑end emphasis
• Experience with modern JavaScript or Type Script frameworks
• Ability to design scalable systems and reason about trade‑offs
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to operate independently in ambiguity
• Clear written communication and comfort with async collaboration

• For front‑end‑leaning candidates: experience building polished consumer‑grade interfaces
• For back‑end‑leaning candidates: experience with distributed systems and high‑throughput APIs
• Experience contributing to zero‑to‑one product development
• Background building real‑time features involving chat, video, or content generation
• Exposure to LLM‑powered products or agent‑like systems
• Experience at small, high‑ownership teams in fast‑paced environments

• Direct ownership of core product areas with high impact across the platform
• Build on complex technical challenges including distributed systems, real‑time processing, and AI‑supported workflows
• Work with a small, exceptionally strong team with a high technical bar
