A leading IT services company is seeking a Support Specialist in Santa Monica, CA, for a 3-month contract. The role involves diagnosing hardware/software issues, assisting clients through various support channels, and configuring new hardware. Candidates must have 3-5 years of IT Support or Help Desk experience, strong Mac and PC troubleshooting skills, knowledge of Service Now, and familiarity with third-party software.

Pay rate is $20/hour - $22.62/hour on W2.
