IT Support Specialist (Help Desk)
We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an IT Support Specialist (Help Desk) for a prominent client. This position is located in Santa Monica, CA.
Job Description- Pay: $21.40 per hour to start.
- 2 ½ month assignment.
- Mon‑Fri, 9:30 am‑6:00 pm – fully onsite role.
- Primary responsibility for Mac and PC troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving hardware or software issues.
- Installation and support of various third‑party software, including AV and video‑conferencing support.
- Assist clients via face‑to‑face, telephone, or remote tools to resolve issues and configure systems.
- High School Diploma required.
- 3+ years of experience in an IT support or Help Desk role.
- Experience with Mac and PC troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in software installation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Service Now ticketing system.
- AV/video‑conferencing support experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office 365 and JAMF/SCCM.
Referral bonus for any candidate who is hired and remains gainfully employed after 30 days.
