Qualifications & Experience
- Expert in Figma (prototyping, components, variables, auto-layout, responsive design, and systems thinking).
- 5+ years of product design experience with a strong record of shipping mobile and cross-platform experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong technical skill sets blending new emerging technologies with high-quality creative execution.
- Strong foundation in UX/UI principles with platform fluency and strong awareness of emerging trends.
- Strong social skills and experience working in global cross-functional teams and with agencies and partners.
- Proven experience working within and contributing to design systems at scale.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable-capable of leading solo or embedded within high-performing teams.
- Bonus:
Background in emerging tech, experimental design, and/or startup environments.
- Travel 0-10%
