Role:
Senior Manager, Global Insights & Analytics supporting Kite's CAR-T product commercialization and lifecycle management.
- lead forecasting models integrating primary and secondary research, conduct scenario analyses, and provide strategic market insights
- independently design and manage qualitative and quantitative market research projects with physicians, patients, and payers
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product and disease area strategies
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or Master's with 6+ years of experience
- biotech/pharma forecasting and market research expertise preferred
- understanding of hematology, oncology, and cell therapy markets advantageous
- strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills essential
focus on cell therapy, CAR-T, oncology/hematology indications, market research and forecasting within biotech/pharma, supporting commercialization strategies.
