Fenwick’s corporate group provides services to technology and life sciences companies at all stages of development, from early startups to mature, publicly traded corporations.

We are seeking mid-to-senior level corporate associates with at least three (3+) years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice with a focus on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation, for our Bay Area (Mountain View or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, or Boston
* offices. Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is required. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are required. In-house candidates are welcome to apply, provided they have previous law firm experience. Candidates must be barred in the jurisdiction for which they are applying or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
