Employment Law Attorney (Plaintiff-Side) – 100% Remote

Location:

California (Remote Only)

Experience:

2–5 years preferred

A leading California-based plaintiff-side employment law firm is hiring a driven Employment Law Attorney to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Represent employees in matters involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations (including class actions and PAGA), and retaliation.
• Manage cases from intake through resolution, draft pleadings, conduct discovery, take depositions, handle motion practice, and engage in settlement negotiations.
• Work closely with clients and collaborate with a seasoned team of employment litigators.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in employment litigation (plaintiff-side strongly preferred).
• Managing caseload independently with strong litigation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Committed to advancing justice in the workplace.
• $150,000-$200,000 annually and a bonus structure.
