All-Star Litigation Attorney (7–10 Years’ Experience)

A high-performing civil litigation practice is seeking an experienced litigator to lead a dynamic caseload focused on plaintiff-side personal injury and tenant rights. This boutique firm is known for its strong results and strategic, trial-ready approach. We’re looking for an attorney with deep civil procedure expertise who thrives on building cases creatively—from filing to trial preparation—and who can operate as both a leader and a hands-on litigator.

• Manage day-to-day litigation activities and oversee junior staff
• Develop and execute discovery strategies, including propounding/responding to discovery, drafting meet-and-confer letters, and preparing motions to compel
• Draft high-quality pleadings, briefs, and motions, including MSJs
• Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Perform legal research and factual investigations
• Attend court hearings and argue motions
• Prepare clients for depositions, mediations, and trial
• First- or second-chair trial experience and prior insurance defense experience are strong pluses

• Active member of the California State Bar
• 5–7+ years of civil litigation experience

$175,000 – $220,000 (depending on experience)
