This role involves handling all aspects of litigation under the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act (Lemon Law) against major auto manufacturers.
Responsibilities:- Draft motions, attend hearings, and handle depositions
- Manage vehicle inspections/surrenders
- Negotiate settlements and assist in trial prep
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong client advocacy mindset
- Health insurance
- 401(k) with profit sharing (after 1 year)
