• Juris Doctor (JD) from a top-tier law school.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience at a top-tier law firm, in-house at a comparable ձեզ, or a combination of both.
• Active member in good standing with the California bar or registered as in-house counsel.
• Proficient in handling employment-related matters and general commercial litigation.
• Experienced in drafting pleadings and motions, as well as managing the discovery process.
