Position Overview

As a Franchise Business Partner & Co-Owner, you will be a core leader responsible for accelerating studio growth, optimizing operations, and ensuring overall business success. This role extends beyond financial investment we are looking for an experienced operator with a passion for scaling businesses and a proven track record of high-performance execution.

Key Responsibilities - Operational Leadership

• Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery and client experience.

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to maximize profitability and increase business valuation.

Growth & Expansion

• Identify and leverage new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven business practices and innovation.

• Co-manage studio financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit-sharing initiatives.

• Optimize resource allocation and monitor key performance indicators to ensure fiscal health.

Strategic Planning

• Collaborate with leadership to shape and implement long-term growth strategies.

• Participate in performance evaluations and strategic planning sessions to drive success.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence.

• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

Financial Investment

• Minimum $100,000 available for investment in the business.

Operational Expertise

• Proven experience managing or operating a business, preferably in a franchise or high-growth environment.

• Strong ability to drive operational improvements and scale business operations effectively.

Commitment & Availability

• Full-time, hands-on involvement in studio operations and strategic initiatives.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth and profitability.

Strategic & Financial Acumen

• Strong financial literacy with the ability to execute profit-sharing models effectively.

• Balance strategic long-term planning with day-to-day operational execution.

Leadership & Communication

• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Compensation Structure

• Profit Sharing & Ownership – Earnings are directly tied to the studio's success, with profit-sharing proportional to ownership stake.

• In addition to profit-sharing, a competitive salary will be provided, ensuring both short-term and long-term financial rewards.
