The Assistant Studio Experience Manager plays a vital role in leading and motivating the team to deliver an exceptional guest and member experience, driving membership growth, retention, and revenue. • Execute the relationship-based sales model with each introduction and passionately relate how SWTHZ services will satisfy their needs and goals.
• Tour potential members through the studio and describe the facilities, services and amenities that directly tie back to the introduction's individual needs and goals.
• Communicate membership options in a clear and concise manner.
• Effectively and professionally enroll guests using company sales techniques and protocol.
• Effectively schedule appointments and follow up on all leads and potential new business opportunities.
• Communicate and promote marketing campaigns and special offers to leads and existing members.
• Monitor and analyze membership data, tracking key KPIs to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.
• Support studio membership and revenue goals by collaborating with the Studio Manager and sales team to implement strategies for attracting and retaining members.
• Assist in coaching and mentoring sales associates to enhance their sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Assist the Studio Manager in coaching and developing team members by providing training and support to enhance skills and performance.
• Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional work ethic, communication, and customer service skills to inspire the team.
• Support performance management initiatives, including setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and participating in performance reviews.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming, and safe studio environment by enforcing hygiene and safety protocols.
• Oversee studio cleanliness by coordinating and supporting cleaning staff to maintain high standards.
• Monitor studio operations to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance team performance and member experience.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Degree in a related field (preferred).
• Current AED/First Aid/CPR certification.
• 1+ years in a supervisory role.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer service environment, with a focus on relationship-based selling and value-building.
• Reliable means of mobility for travel to studio location.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Physical activities include squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, jumping, prolonged standing, and walking.
• Must be comfortable with administering CPR/AED protocols.

$21.00/hour–$23.00/hr plus sales bonus opportunities.
