Position: Sales Account Manager, LCS Acquisition, Large Customer Sales (LCS), Amazon Ads

Amazon Ads – Sales Account Manager

Amazon Ads operates at the intersection of eCommerce and advertising, offering a rich array of advertising solutions. It partners with advertisers to reach Amazon customers on , across other Amazon sites, high‑quality third‑party sites, and millions of devices. We are seeking a results‑oriented Sales Account Manager who is passionate about partnering with advertisers, educating them, and solving ambiguous business problems to drive revenue and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions with revenue experience.
  • Develop annual brand and media strategies for growth based on advertiser goals.
  • Create omnichannel media plans, campaign strategies, and audience targeting recommendations.
  • Evaluate KPIs and optimize campaign performance using a data‑driven approach.
  • Conduct in‑depth data analysis to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Educate advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and how to achieve greater results on Amazon.
  • Work cross‑functionally with sales and other Amazon partners to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of client‑facing Advertising and/or Sales role with revenue ownership.
  • Experience in omnichannel marketing, display, OTT, or search marketing.
  • Ability to effectively analyze data and present strategic and tactical plans.
  • Proficiency in solving cross‑business and technology problems.
  • Track record of influencing process improvement and scaling results.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3–5 years in Advertising with experience owning media buying/planning across digital, eCommerce, and/or streaming TV.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering, or Business; MBA a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, relationship‑building, and written or verbal communication skills.
  • Programmatic strategy and implementation experience.
  • Proven record of delivering revenue results and significantly contributing to advertiser revenue growth.
