- Demonstrated success in leading nationwide programs that align brand and commercial objectives across diverse customer segments and distribution models.
- Strong capabilities in strategic planning, financial management, and leadership.
- Extensive experience in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Field Operations teams.
- Proven ability to balance creativity and analytical thinking - capable of strategic vision coupled with decisive action.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a talent for influencing senior leadership and external partners.
- Travel 40-50%
