• Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions with revenue experience.
• Develop annual brand and media strategies for growth based on overall advertiser goals/objectives.
• Develop omnichannel media plans, campaign strategies, and audience targeting recommendations per brand and product line.
• Evaluate KPIs and optimize campaign performance using a data‑driven approach.
• Perform in‑depth data analysis to deliver actionable insights & recommendations that influence short‑term/long‑term digital media strategy.
• Educate advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and how to achieve greater results on Amazon.
• Work cross‑functionally with sales and other Amazon partners to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction.

• 2+ years of digital advertising and client‑facing roles experience.
• Experience in omni‑channel marketing, search engine marketing, or search engine optimization.
• Experience translating technical aspects of analysis and metrics into actionable insights for the advertiser and both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience with problem solving and disruptive innovation, developing technology programs and working across customer organizations.
• Experience in process improvement.

• 4+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales or online advertising work and close work with senior advertisers and agency stakeholders experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering, or Business.
• Can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Experience in programmatic strategy and implementation.
• Experience communicating effectively with external partners and delivering results for advertisers.

USA, CA, Santa Monica – 70,400.00 – 94,000.00 USD annually.

Base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and optional Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
