The ideal candidate will have knowledge of best practice for quality delivery of care and patient safety in NICU and Mother Baby units. The candidate will also serve as a knowledgeable resource for staff, lead and communicate effectively with physicians, other department managers, and staff.
Under general direction, and in accordance with the State of California Nurse Practice Act, the RN Nurse Manager will provide leadership, plan, organize, and supervise personnel; manage, report on, and provide resources for NICU and Mother Baby units; and perform related work as required.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
- 4 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an acute care hospital.
- Experience in NICU, postpartum and newborn nursery.

$73.44 – $115.94 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
