Caregiver Health RN – Providence Saint Johns Health Center (Santa Monica, CA)
Full‑time position. 8‑hour day shifts.
Under the general supervision of the Manager of Employee Health Office, the Employee Health Nurse conducts pre‑employment and annual employee physicals, assists in the processing of claims for work‑related injuries and coordinates any necessary treatment, interacts with third‑party administrator (TPA) and provides required assistance with investigation and documentation. The Employee Health Nurse also assists with the coordination of the Transitional Work Program, interfaces with the Employee Assistance Program to ensure maximum utilization by employees, and is the lead coordinator of the flu vaccination and fit test programs.
Required Qualifications- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
- 6 months as Staff RN, RNP, or PA.
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree.
- Certified Occupational Health Nurse upon hire.
- 6 months Employee Health.

Pay Range: $54.85 - $87.70 (base pay only; additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives or bonus opportunities may be available).
