RN - Interventional Radiology

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift, 5x8-hour schedule from 08:00 to 16:30, with call coverage on weekdays and weekends.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Interventional Radiology to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal patient care, conducting procedures, and managing patient recovery. This role involves a combination of direct patient care and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.
• Assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the interventional suite.
• Monitor patients pre, intra, and post-procedural care.
• Manage administration of medications and IVs, ensuring patient safety.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document care in Epic.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to optimize patient outcomes.

• Minimum of 1 year of registered nursing experience, with charge experience preferred.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Active California RN license in hand.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
