Description:
This position requires a registered nurse with a minimum of one year of experience in medical-surgical care.
The nurse will be responsible for providing patient care, monitoring patient conditions, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Strong clinical skills in the interpretation of dysrhythmias and management of various medical conditions are essential.
Experience with phlebotomy and starting/maintaining IVs is necessary.
The nurse will work as part of a collaborative team that includes physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy.
Weekend work is required, with shifts scheduled every other weekend.
This role does not require on-call shifts.
The nurse will be responsible for adhering to infection control protocols and utilizing safe patient handling equipment.
Candidates should be flexible to float to other areas within the facility if needed.
